MISSION STATEMENT |

| The mission of the 2007-2008 Board of Directors is to further and promote the general welfare of property owners in the subdivision, and in order to accomplish this mission, the goals of the Directors shall be: |
| |
| 1) To work toward uniform and consistent enforcement of the existing CC&Rs, and |
| |
| 2) To change auditors, attorneys, materials suppliers, and other service providers, and |
| |
| 3) To focus on other improvements that we think are in the best interests of all the community, such as crime control, youth and senior programs, and group spirit, and |
| |
| 4) To generally work toward improving the reputation, amenities, and appearance, of the properties within the subdivision in order to preserve their value |
