Board of Directors Meeting

October 17, 2006 Approved 11/14/06

Vice-President Bill Massey called the meeting to order at 8:03 am and led the flag salute.

Directors in Attendance were Bill Massey, Anders White and Karis Pierce

Agenda Additions/Changes: None.

Counting of the Ballots Ð There was a quorum. Ballots were slit open by the election committee; the ballots were removed by The Inspector of Election Kevin Kiser of Matsom and Isom.

Announcement of Results Ð The results were as follows: A quorum of 469 was needed, 549 was received. The votes for a recall were 106. The votes against the recall were 412. Since the recall did not pass, the counting ended there and no count for the recall candidates was tabulated.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:35 am. Ê
